From the United States to Denmark, my education and career experiences have exposed me to a variety of cultures, businesses, and industries. I have a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Business and a Master's in International Business Communication from Copenhagen Business School. As far as work, I have experience in content creation, business strategy, and organizational communication. Many marketers believe that both the strategies of gaining more customers, increasing market penetration or customer acquisition, and selling more to existing customers, retention or loyalty strategy, are equally good.
